Hosted service comes with robust features like; Unified Communications, Web conferencing, Mobility features and instant messaging. Hosted allows you essentially a maintenance free solution.

Service

Service is normally billed by the hour. Service is discounted when it can be performed remotely via web or phone support (legacy systems). There are situations where equipment is needed for your repair and the job has a set price. Troubleshooting is taken into consideration before giving a final bill. Service contracts are are available and recommended.
