I believe true knowledge and wisdom begins with experience that starts from the bottom . My experience dates back to 1998.  I just graduated from Porter & Chester Institute of Technology.  My technical degree was for Industrial Electronics and Computers. My employment in telephony began with working for a telephony distributor in CT called A.T.L enterprises.  I was hired for phone and PBX board level repairs. As years passed I transitioned  into technical support. I gave technical support to field service technicians who worked at installation companies who purchased there product from A.T.L enterprises.  In 2007 A.T.L enterprises was acquired by another distributor  in CT called NOVUS.  At NOVUS I began my journey into telecom sales and continued to broaden my education in voip/video surveillance/sip trunking/networking and advanced methods of Unified Communication. 

In 2015 my onsite employment with NOVUS ended and my business relationship with Novus started. My knowledge of telephony spans from; repair, sales, customer service, technical support and field service.
